How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?

Your order enters our production system shortly after your order is placed to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. All Winning Gift Co products are made-to-order. This means your item will usually ship within 3-5 business days. This may be longer in peak periods.

When Can I Expect My Order?

All orders ship from our USA factory. NOTE: delivery times below are best esitmates based on carrier information. Due to Covid-19, there may be some delays that are out of our control. We appreciate your patience with pandemic delivery issues.

  • USA - Within 2-5 business days
  • Canada - Within 4-10 business days
  • Western Europe - Within 5-15 business days
  • Australia/NZ - Within 5-15 business days
  • Rest of the World - Within 5-20 business days

International orders can take longer due to extra shipping time and customs processing times.

Once your item ships you will receive an email containing your tracking info so you will have accurate information as to when your order will arrive.

Please note, we work with different suppliers for certain items so they may ship and arrive seperately even though they are ordered at the same time.  

Please contact info@winninggiftco.com if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time. Keep in mind that delivery times on international orders may take slightly longer.

Which shipping company do you use?

We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

My Order Hasn't Arrived

If the expected delivery time mentioned above has passed and you still haven't received your order, please email us: info@winninggiftco.com with your order number and our team will help track down your order. 

Customs Fees/Import Taxes

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

In cases where customs fees are charged, they are payable by the recipient.

What does Shipping Insurance Cover?

Shipping insurance covers you in the case of lost/stolen/damaged items in transit. To make a claim please contact our support team.

NOTE: Shipping insurance is non-refundable

Can I cancel/change my order?

All orders are put into production shortly after your order is placed to ensure you get your items as soon as possible. If production has not yet commenced we may be able to cancel your order.

My Item Is Damaged/Incorrect.

Please contact our support team via email - info@winninggiftco.com. Please include a photo(s) to show the issue and a description of the problem so we can arrange for a replacement.

My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?

Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system.

Winninggiftco.com uses industry-standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information. What's more, all sensitive personal information is kept securely offline at our privately run data center.
